Sales Representative

Compensation:

Base DOE plus lucrative commission structure

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate potential sales opportunities through market research and forecasting
  • Cold Calling, prospecting, and establishing new relationships to grow market share within your territory
  • Utilize various software applications optimize efficiency and showcase technology
  • Promote team growth by sharing sales methods, client objections and resolutions
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships
  • Continually seek to broaden personal selling and communication skills
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all procedures related to job duties

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (eg. Sales/Marketing, Business) strongly preferred

Experience:
  • Five or more years of sales experience required
  • Experience in portfolio and/or pipeline management required
  • Experience in project planning, execution, and evaluation preferred

Personal Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate sales and prospecting skills, including a successful track record of sales performance
  • Must be comfortable conducting cold calls and performing site visits
  • Proven record of problem-solving through customer-centred approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work

Work Environment:

  • Home office
  • Travel approximately 12 weeks/year (averaging 1 week per month)
